Bojangles, renowned for its flavorful chicken, biscuits, and legendary iced tea, is seeking a dedicated individual to lead a team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a General Manager & AGM, you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, sales, and profitability while upholding the company's commitment to excellence and inclusiveness.
Duties:
People:
  • Actively seek growth opportunities for team development.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external guests.
  • Mentor and onboard new team members.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all operational systems and processes.
  • Uphold Bojangles' Cultural Principles in every interaction.
Performance:
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Empower team members to deliver exceptional guest service consistently.
  • Manage costs effectively to reduce expenses.
  • Foster external community relationships for recruitment and sales growth.
Profit:
  • Drive same-store growth through increased sales and guest counts.
  • Understand P&L results and their impact on business performance.
  • Participate actively in inventory management.
  • Maintain safety and security standards at all times.
Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food industry.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Prior experience in supervisory roles with coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skilled in cash handling and bank deposit procedures.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
