We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who will own the full operation and help build one of Kansas City's most unique hospitality destinations. What You'll Do Operate the business with an owner's mindset - constantly improving guest experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and team performance. Support the Director of Operations in managing food / beverage & labor costs Lead, mentor, and develop a team while building a positive, accountable, and guest-obsessed culture rooted in our Core Values. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through Big Hellos & Big Goodbyes, the Three R's, Never Say No, and our high hospitality standards. Create and execute memorable programming, events, leagues, and activations that make Tap Ins the place people choose to be. Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence on the floor during service and peak times. What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of salaried management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment generating at least $2M+ annually. Proficiency with Toast POS, Sling scheduling, and Restaurant365 (R365) preferred. High energy, hands-on leadership style, and availability for nights, weekends, and peak periods. A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating fun, memorable moments.
