Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Lead, motivate, and manage staff through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Handle cash management duties including cash handling, POS system oversight and reconciliation Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to uphold quality standards Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise required Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in high-pressure environments Background in restaurant management including shift management, inventory control, budgeting, and staff training & development Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
