Job Description

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, Depending on experience, qualifications, and performance Job description: Ramada Kitchen in Topeka, Kansas is looking for a dependable and experienced Pizza Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can prepare high-quality pizzas and other kitchen items while also helping supervise daily kitchen operations. The right candidate must be reliable, organized, clean, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare pizzas, food items, and kitchen orders according to company standards. Help oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards. Monitor food quality, portion control, and preparation times. Assist with inventory, prep work, and kitchen organization. Support and guide other kitchen staff as needed. Make sure the kitchen operates smoothly and professionally. Manages Profit & Loss /
Cost Control Requirements:
Prior kitchen, pizza, or restaurant experience required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety. Strong attention to the quality of the food and customer service. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy kitchen environment. Prior supervisory experience is a must.
