Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve peak performance Deliver consistent sales growth and manage costs with precision Hire, train, and develop high-potential team members Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
5+ years of full service restaurant management experience, including 2+ as GM Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, positive approach Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest satisfaction This is more than just running a restaurant•it's about building a culture, growing a business, and making a lasting impact.
