Incentives Predominately a M-F schedule, with some evenings and weekends What You'll Do Lead front-of-house operations when café managers are out Support back-of-house functions to ensure smooth service Step in on the floor and workstations when needed Manage ordering, inventory, and staffing during meal periods Provide hands-on support for catering events What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Food Service Operations Knowledge

• Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations, including ordering, inventory management, food safety, and quality standards. Leadership & Team Management
• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct staff during busy meal periods and large events. Customer Service Orientation
• Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering a great guest experience. Catering & Event Support
• Comfortable assisting with catering logistics and execution. Flexibility & Adaptability
• Resource roles require stepping into different locations, covering for various managers, and handling unexpected challenges.
