- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift
- Manage and supervise staff members, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to meet customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production, coffee, banquet, hotel, bartending, or catering is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient computer skills for managing schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks
