Crumbl Cookie is a fun, modern, fast paced cookie shop and we need an amazing assistant manager to work closely with the shift leads and owner to oversee daily operations and customer service. This is a bakery concept- we bake cookies fresh, in house, daily. Hiring Assistant Managers with potential for Manager.

Job Details:

Hours vary based on needs of store; Shifts range from 5am-midnight. Training and support provided

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase Oversee quality control Keep the store clean and tidy Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees Conduct inventory on ingredients Oversee catering orders and coordinator Help manage the schedule Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app Work closely with the owner and manager as a team, to make the store a fantastic place to work

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
