Recruit & Onboard Top Talent:
Use all available tools to recruit Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. Conduct engaging new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork.
Train & Develop Future Leaders:
Create personalized training plans with clear 90
Host one-on-one development check-ins every 60 days. Collaborate on schedules that support growth while meeting business needs.
Drive Performance & Recognition:

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
- High School Diploma or GED, College degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience preferred
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are a necessity.
- Able to perform basic business math.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills required.
- Must have accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation to complete banking and business requirements.
- Able to complete required online training and certification modules.
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).
- Able to complete tasks that include stooping, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
