Job Description

NOW HIRING - PART-TIME ASSISTANT CAFE MANAGER
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our cafe team in the Red River Gorge area.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous cafe/food service and management experience is
REQUIRED
Hours must be flexible, including weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team mentality Professional appearance and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards References are
REQUIRED
•Food safety/management certification
REQUIRED
(or willingness to obtain) Responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily operations Supporting and Leading staff and managing shift flow Delivering excellent customer service Inventory and organization Helping maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and ready to help lead a growing business while representing our brand with pride.
