Their job is two-fold:

to serve the customer in the most hospitable way possible by managing and leveraging every resource at their disposal to create amazing customer experiences, and to serve their team by leading and organizing the shift with absolute clear expectations and accountability every day in order to make sure we all are aligned to achieving our vision of helping everyone win at life.
