Job Description:
Must be a dynamic and strategic leader with exceptional customer service background. This role will require you to jump in and rebuild our team's SOP's, so they are providing an exceptional customer experience. Must have a vision for what success looks like and able to bring it together with little supervision. Will be responsible for creating and meeting budgets, revenue goals, marketing and sales outreach. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and direction of the Throttle & Swing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
    Operational Leadership:
    Direct all daily operational functions, including Culinary, Front of House, and facility maintenance.
      Financial Performance:
      Drive profitability through data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and expense management.
        Team Development:
        Build and lead high-performing teams through effective training, coaching, and leadership.
          Safety & Standards:
          Ensure consistent adherence to safety regulations, operational policies, and brand standards.
            Guest Experience:
            Serve as a guest-facing leader to ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
            Qualifications:
            • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
            • Proven track record of success in operations management and business development roles, preferably within the motorsports, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
            • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
            • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward achieving common goals.
            • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
            • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
            • Passion for motorsports and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for customers and stakeholders.
