Daily oversight of the food & beverage operation and staff. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Ensures guest service standards are adhered to by staff.

Impact:
The responsibilities include and adhere to implementing and following of all policies of the department and company. Supervises and assists in daily training of managers and hourly employees and maintains open communication between all personnel working in department. Maintains appropriate beverage/food inventories and quality control with the service of alcohol. Ensures quality control and timeliness of food/beverage service. Assists in controlling labor/beverage/food cost for department. Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee and guest safety. Understands all state liquor regulations and ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for the department. Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations. Achieves budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of beverage outlets. Maintains company operating standards. Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values. Responds to guest trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Other duties as assigned. Skills to
Help You Succeed:
Good people management, communication and listening skills. Proven ability to lead a team effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure. Must be flexible and adaptable to change. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Must be internally motivated and detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others. Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
