Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards. Lead staff training and development initiatives, fostering a motivated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Oversee POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards for food handling and sanitation. Coordinate shift management, monitoring performance, and addressing operational issues promptly. Assist in budgeting, cost control, to support the restaurant's business objectives. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to promote positive guest experiences. Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings. Extensive background in restaurant management with a focus on food production, kitchen operations, and team supervision. Demonstrated expertise in food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Experience with POS systems. Prior involvement in staff training & development programs along with supervising teams effectively. Knowledge of budgeting principles and cost control strategies within a hospitality environment. Exposure to fine dining or hotel restaurant settings is a plus; catering or banquet experience is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
