Growth opportunities We are searching for a full time co-manager with professional experience to join our team. This co-manager will work with our current manager to manage our team while maintaining productive work, ensuring positive customer experiences, and promoting a positive work environment. We are looking for a someone who will be a working manager, will grow with our business, will work well with our team and will adapt in the face of a challenge. Our pay is competitive with the opportunities for growth, as well as a manager bonus program. We also offer employee discounts. We are closed every Sunday to promote much needed rest, and time with family. Please reach out for more information if you are interested.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Produce high quality foods that customers enjoy. Implement procedures and programs to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property. Manage a department's finances, including developing budgets for operations and expenditures. Hire employees and decide on schedules. Oversee maintenance procedures for equipment. Recruit prospective employees. Increase customer base.
