General Manager -
Restaurant Operations Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead a vibrant dining establishment as we expand our footprint. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire your team, uphold high standards of food safety and quality, and drive success through strategic management and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership:
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality Louisiana-inspired food presentation.
Team Development:
Lead staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team environment.
Quality & Safety:
Oversee food preparation and kitchen management, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and health regulations.
Financial Oversight:
Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and manage budgeting and cost analysis to optimize profitability.
System Management:
Utilize Toast POS for order processing, sales tracking, and detailed financial reporting.
Financial Accountability:
Handle cash management duties, including reconciliation, balancing registers, and maintaining strict financial procedures.
Guest Relations:
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a positive, memorable dining experience.
Qualifications & Skills Proven Management Experience:
Previous leadership in quick-service, fast-food, or casual dining establishments.
Kitchen Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen operations.
Leadership Excellence:
Demonstrated ability in supervising staff training, team management, and professional development.
Industry Standards:
Expertise in food industry standards, including food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
Technical Savvy:
Experience with Toast POS or similar modern cloud-based sales management systems.
Operational Control:
Experience with inventory control, interviewing candidates, and conducting effective staff training sessions.
