Position Overview We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, loves developing people, and leads by example. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, coach and mentor the team, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional looking to grow into a General Manager role. What You'll Do Assist in leading all front-of-house operations during lunch, dinner, brunch, and special events. Support the General Manager in achieving sales, labor, and profitability goals. Coach, train, and develop managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff. Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality and prompt service. Lead pre-shift meetings and maintain high service standards. Manage staffing levels, floor plans, and daily operations. Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive experiences. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards. Monitor labor costs and assist with scheduling. Partner with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Help execute promotions, sporting events, private events, and community initiatives. Foster a positive, team-first culture focused on accountability and hospitality. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of restaurant management experience. High-volume restaurant experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure. Experience with scheduling, labor management, and team development.
