Seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in food and/or beverage manufacturing to oversee daily production operations, drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of production management experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to drive productivity, quality, and safety performance. Knowledge of Daily Management Systems (DMS), Lean principles, GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations. Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Develop and motivate production teams. Monitor and improve operational performance.
Pay:
$121,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
