We are seeking a full-time Front of House Manager at our Beverly location, you will take ownership of the café's daily operations, working alongside your team every day to deliver great coffee, food, and service. You will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting the team, managing inventory and weekly orders, scheduling staff, and helping with van deliveries from our Salem bakery/commissary twice a week. This is a hands-on role where you set the standard for service, coffee, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on the floor every day alongside baristas and FOH staff, making coffee, serving guests, and supporting smooth operations. Make sure the café is fully stocked with house-made syrups, teas, lemonades, and other ingredients Hire, train, and develop FOH staff to maintain Crave's standards for service, coffee, and food. Build and manage weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing at all times. Monitor weekly inventory , track supplies, and place orders for the café. Assist with van deliveries twice a week from our Salem bakery/commissary. Ensure opening, closing, and cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe café environment. Communicate with ownership and management to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of café or coffee shop management experience, preferably in specialty coffee. Strong knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent organizational skills, including experience managing inventory and ordering supplies. Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license (for delivery assistance).
