General Manager--Campus Dining

Our campus dining programs are thoughtfully designed for colleges and universities seeking high-quality, reliable, and flexible food service solutions. From daily dining programs to full on-site cafeteria management, we partner with schools and universities to deliver meals that are fresh, engaging, and aligned with campus values. We combine culinary expertise with reliable logistics, ensuring that each meal is made with quality ingredients while promoting student health. Come help us lead a team to nourish the next generation! What You Will do Lead, hire, train, schedule, and motivate café and catering staff. Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards (HAACP compliance) are met. Manage P&L, monitor food and labor costs, and prepare financial reports. Oversee café operations, catering events, and drop-off services. Build and maintain strong relationships with campus clients, students, faculty, vendors, and corporate leadership. Step in to support service during high-volume periods or staff absences. Promote sales growth and customer satisfaction across campus programs. What We Are Looking For Proven success managing high-volume café, catering, or hospitality operations. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; perform physical tasks as needed. Hospitality degree or 5+ years of relevant management experience preferred. $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
