AM Salary Range:
$20.60/ hr. Overview The Full-Time House Manager runs the Shelter program under the supervision of the Program Manager/Coordinator. House Managers are responsible for ensuring that the house runs smoothly according to the program guidelines and structure. They are available to the residents for support, and are responsible for enforcing all of the rules and policies of the house. Essential Job Functions Manages the operations of the program during the day. Responsible for admitting residents as they enter shelter with Heading Home, and ensuring the appropriateness of each resident for placement at the Shelter Responsible for making supplies available, including food for the resident's snacks and lunches Reads and updates staff logs with any and all-important information that occurs during their shift Maintains appropriate logs of evening and weekend activities Attends scheduled staff meetings Adheres to all agency and program policies, procedures and rules Performs other tasks as assigned by Program Coordinator
