Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department. Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through. Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area would be a big plus.
Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:
At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales. Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
