Restaurant Manager (FOH) - BOS Logan Airport

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, controlling inventory, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Lead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction. Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards.

Manage daily operations:

food prep, inventory, and safety. Support training programs and enhance staff morale. Handle cash-out procedures and POS training. Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. Open and close the restaurant as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in restaurant supervision preferred. Proficient in purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions. ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
