  • 110,000 per year About LPM LPM Restaurant & Bar is a renowned French Mediterranean restaurant known for its exceptional dining experience, outstanding hospitality, and extensive wine program.
We are looking for an experienced Wine Director / Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee the restaurant's wine and beverage program Manage the wine list and beverage menu Train and support the front-of-house team on wine and beverage service Monitor inventory, ordering, and beverage costs Work closely with the culinary team on food and wine pairings Ensure high service standards and compliance with alcohol service regulations Qualifications Previous experience in a Wine Director, Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role Fine dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage inventory and control costs Sommelier certification is a plus, but not required Why Join LPM?
