Assistant General Manager Requirements:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment Experience supporting operations in restaurants generating $3M-$10M in annual sales preferred Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service Strong team development, coaching, and communication skills Experience managing labor, scheduling, and operational execution Understanding of P&L management, food and labor cost controls Ability to lead from the floor and build a positive team culture Proven ability to drive results while maintaining high hospitality standards
