Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of food service outlets, including restaurants, catering, banquets, and specialty food areas Manage kitchen and front-of-house teams, providing supervision, training, and motivation to ensure high performance Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency across all offerings Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary considerations and current food trends Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality Lead shift management activities, including scheduling staff, overseeing service flow, and resolving customer concerns promptly Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation standards Strong leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations governing the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Experience in managing kitchen operations, catering services, or banquet events is highly desirable Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
