General Manager / Operations Lead Kri Kri Grill - Chelmsford, MA Kri Kri Grill is a new chef-owned Greek restaurant opening in Chelmsford by acclaimed Boston chef Brendan Pelley. We're building something different: a fast-casual restaurant rooted in authentic Greek cooking, scratch-made food, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community. Our menu features hand-stacked gyros, homemade pita, seasonal Greek dishes, local ingredients, and house-made desserts in a warm, energetic environment. We are seeking a hands-on General Manager / Operations Lead to help build and lead our opening team. This is not a corporate management position. We're looking for someone who can wear many hats, lead from the floor, stay calm under pressure, and help shape the culture of a growing restaurant from day one. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations Open and close the restaurant independently Manage and lead shifts with a hospitality-first mindset Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development Maintain strong guest experience and service standards Assist with inventory, ordering, vendor communication, and cost controls Work collaboratively with ownership on systems and operational improvements Jump into service wherever needed — register, expo, food running, guest interaction, etc. Help maintain a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Qualifications Restaurant management experience preferred Fast-casual or high-volume experience is a plus Opening experience is a bonus but not required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay organized and composed in busy service environments Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment Hospitality-minded, adaptable, and solution-oriented Compensation Salary range: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Growth potential within a growing chef-driven company About Kri Kri Grill Kri Kri Grill is a modern Greek restaurant inspired by traditional tavernas, built around scratch cooking, warm hospitality, and bold Mediterranean flavors.
