- What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
- You'll get to know the entire operation and gradually take on leadership duties, such as: Running shifts and keeping the team on track during busy rushes Providing excellent guest service and addressing concerns calmly and professionally Operating the register and assisting with basic cash-handling procedures Training, coaching, and motivating crew members Upholding Dunkin' standards for
- cleanliness, food safety, and speed of service
- Helping with opening/closing routines based on your schedule Learning the essentials of shift execution (break coverage, deployment, and pacing)

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to take ownership Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant/QSR environment Strong communication skills and a team mindset Coachable—open to feedback and focused on improvement Leadership potential (you don't need to know everything on day one)
Preferred:
- Shift lead, supervisor, key holder, or restaurant leadership experience Dunkin', coffee, or QSR experience
Schedule:
