o M anaging and scheduling across key departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance o Leading initiatives to control costs and boost hotel profitability o Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to deliver first-class customer service o Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies o Forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to financial reports o Emphasizing safety procedures for the protection of all staff and guests o Working to the demands of the inn to ensure operational excellence.
