This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, especially during weekends, and is passionate about food service, team management. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, control inventory, and uphold high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive sales growth and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. Duties Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence during weekend shifts. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions, inventory control, and reporting accuracy. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team. Control inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage food production to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Strong supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on team management and staff training. Effective communication skills for interviewing candidates, conducting staff training sessions, and collaborating with team members.
