Owner Job Summary We're seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead Shipwrecked and The Heights Hotel in Falmouth, MA. This is a year-round leadership role within a growing hospitality group, focused on operational excellence, team development, guest experience, long-term growth, and the use of the latest technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, seasonal environments with many year-round events and activities. Key Responsibilities Lead a dynamic and seasoned team in all daily restaurant and hotel operations. Manage Toast POS operations, reporting, and cash handling. Oversee scheduling (7Shifts), payroll (ADP), and workflows (Monday.com). Oversee the property management software (Mews) used within The Heights Hotel. Maintain strong control of labor, SPLH, and P&L performance. Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Help plan and execute events and seasonal activations. Collaborate with marketing, digital, bar, and culinary teams to maintain brand consistency. Champion tech-forward systems and AI tools to improve efficiency and guest engagement. Qualifications Proven General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, inventory, budgeting) Technical experience, ideally with Toast POS. Familiarity with ADP payroll, 7Shifts, Mews, and Monday.com preferred. Event or catering experience preferred. Hands-on knowledge of food service operations and kitchen collaboration. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
