Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all departments are running efficiently and meeting their goals. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve customer service, increasing profitability, and developing long-term plans for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact on the success of our organization.

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Manage and motivate staff to ensure that goals are met. Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff. Manage the budget and financial operations of the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff. Communicate effectively with staff, customers, suppliers, and partners.
