The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Hadley, MA location. This is a high‑visibility leadership role with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team — and the autonomy to shape your own culture, systems, and success. Support when you need it:
You'll work closely with a collaborative Operations team, HR support, and a company that values people over ego. Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficiency Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing team Build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture Manage financial performance, inventory, ordering, and scheduling Ensure smooth service during peak hours Strengthen relationships with local partners and the broader Hadley community Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices What You Bring 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level) A leadership style rooted in empathy, accountability, and communication Strong operational and organizational skills A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment A desire to be part of a mission‑driven, community‑minded company
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
