Restaurant and Venues Manager Benefits:

Restaurant and Venues Manager Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of multiple food and beverage venues, including member dining, seasonal outlets, and private events Supervise, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards Maintain a strong floor presence, building relationships with members and ensuring guest satisfaction Manage beverage ordering, inventory control, reservations, POS systems, and operational reporting Support hiring efforts and collaborate closely with culinary and events teams to execute successful dining and banquet experiences
Restaurant and Venues Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or similar hospitality environment Previous management or leadership experience preferred; banquet and event service experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and beverage operations in a high-volume setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; experience with Jonas software is advantageous Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and remain active throughout shifts
