OVERVIEW
  • Join the Dixie? cutlery team working with advanced injection molding technology. Night shift leadership role (12-hour nights) with opportunity for growth. Pay starts at \$28.00/hr plus \$1.00/night shift differential. HOURS
  • Nights, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
  • Includes holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Plan and manage daily shift operations, crew staffing, and resource allocation to meet production goals
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members; enforce safety and PPE protocols
  • Respond to machine issues, support changeovers, and oversee molding machines, automation, and robotics
  • Maintain production records: time & attendance, production counts, cycle standards, downtime, and crew reports
  • Ensure product quality, housekeeping, and hygiene standards; facilitate inspections and quality checks
  • Complete shift logs, analyses, and paperwork; collaborate across departments and participate in training
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial/manufacturing, military, or wood products setting
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Comfortable using computer, tablet, or smart device at work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with injection molding, molding/plastics operations, automation, or robotics
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and root cause analysis
  • Bilingual skills a plus
