• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
• Duties
• Supervise and work where needed with staff and manage day-to-day operations
• Develop and maintain cocktail menus and beverage offerings
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train new employees on bar procedures and customer service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
• Skills
• Strong background in
• bartending and beverage service
• Experience in casual dining, catering, or fine dining establishments
• Knowledge of food handling procedures
• Proficiency in shift management and team leadership
• Familiarity with coffee espresso drinks preparation is a plus
• Familiarity with KENO sales.

• TIPS CERT

• Previous experience as an assistant manager is desirable
• Ability to conduct interviews for hiring purposes
