Floating Cafe Manager

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily café operations. In this role, you'll support the General Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily front- and back-of-house operations Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards Ensure excellent guest service and quickly resolve concerns Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial tasks Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor cost control Monitor inventory, ordering, and product quality Oversee opening/closing procedures and overall café readiness Step in to support service, barista, or kitchen roles as needed Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant or café experience, with leadership preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with scheduling, cash handling, and POS systems Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
