| Assistant General Manager | Boston, MA An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced hospitality leader to join a premier Boston destination that seamlessly blends dining, entertainment, culture, and community experiences This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day operations, team development, guest experience, financial performance, vendor relationships, and special events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional hospitalit y.
Key Responsibiliti es:
  • Lead daily operations across multiple hospitality venues and event spa ces
  • Drive service excellence and elevate the guest experie nce
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team memb ers
  • Manage labor, scheduling, inventory controls, and operational efficienc ies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standa rds
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakehold ers
  • Support programming, activations, and special eve nts Qualificati ons:
  • 3-5+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, entertainment, or venue operations experi ence
  • Previous leadership experience in an Assistant General Manager or comparable role
  • Strong food & beverage operational knowl edge
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environm ents
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building sk ills
