This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-quality pizza restaurant. What you'll do:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Open and close the restaurant, and lead shifts with confidence
- Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor orders
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve issues on the spot
- Step in wherever needed

- during rush periods What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience (pizza experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- ServSafe certification a plus
