Manager to lead our food service operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise and train staff on food handling, food safety protocols, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service standards. Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management to minimize waste and optimize food costs. Handle cash management duties such as cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests. Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising team performance, and resolving operational issues promptly. Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members with comprehensive training & development programs. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business. Implement quality control measures for food production, catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed. Collaborate with management to develop budgets, set sales targets, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Strong supervisory experience with staff training & development skills; background in supervising teams in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in diverse dining settings including fine dining or catering environments. Experience in managing shift operations within a food industry setting; familiarity with barista or coffee experience is a plus. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and restaurant operations. Join us as a .
