We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager with a minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry to join our successful and growing team. The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Seasonal Availability:

Candela Cucina is looking to hire a reliable seasonal front-of-house manager for the summer season, with flexible start and end dates between May and September. The position requires availability from 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Ideal Candidate:

Applicants should possess a passion for great food and hospitality. You will be part of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be available nights. Proficient with OpenTable or other reservation software. Computer Skills. Comfortable with Toast POS System. Able to work a 10-hour standing shift. Able to lift 50lbs Professional appearance. 2 years restaurant management experience. Great communication skills. Available to work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
