We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including staff leadership, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve customer concerns Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Employer-sponsored health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Parking available at a cost of $200/year Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
