We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role will primarily oversee our day to day during hours of operation. Key responsibilities include managing the guest experience, guiding our front of house team, overseeing our food and beverage quality, and supervising overall restaurant activities. Responsibilities and Duties Manage daily operations including opening/closing and prime time shifts Oversee floor management, leading our front of house team Manage guest relations and provide exceptional guest service Manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain records of invoices Participate in marketing and promoting Social to increase sales Ensure staff adheres to company policy and procedures at all times Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on scheduling needs Qualifications and Skills At least one year of management experience and one year of experience in a hospitality environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-up capability Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment Solid leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff If you're ready for the next step in your career, respond via email with your resume and salary requirements.
