In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality food, and maintain a vibrant, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, experienced in fine dining and catering, and ready to inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, ensuring smooth shift management and high standards of food preparation. Oversee food production processes, from menu planning to execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes. Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Lead catering and banquet services, coordinating with event teams to deliver outstanding presentations and timely service. Implement training programs for team members to develop culinary skills and promote a positive team environment. Monitor kitchen operations during busy periods, including fine dining service, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
