As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Manage daily operations including shift management, inventory control, and cash handling using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Monitor restaurant performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Coordinate with kitchen staff to streamline food production processes and maintain efficient service flow during peak hours. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, staff development, and continuous improvement in service delivery. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Strong background in inventory control, food safety practices, and food management procedures. Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, interviewing candidates, and managing shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Knowledge of hospitality management principles including budgeting, food production, catering, banquets, and bar operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
