In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions. Lead staff training and development initiatives to uphold service excellence and food safety standards across the team. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee high-quality culinary experiences aligned with brand standards. Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective inventory management practices to reduce waste and maximize profitability. Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards in all areas of operation. Collaborate with catering, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to expand service offerings and enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management. Experience supervising staff training & development programs within the food industry. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-energy hospitality setting. Knowledge of kitchen management practices including food production, catering services, and bar operations if applicable.
