Our Multi-Unit Managers are the coaches who keep them running! Are you ready to come run with us? Here's what's brewing: We are looking for an upbeat Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) to lead/oversee the overall operations of several Dunkin' Donuts locations. This leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will play a critical role in helping to drive financial success by building great teams through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development initiatives. This results-driven leader will create implementation plans to support execution of Brand initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results. Moreover, the Multi-Unit Manager will address employee and customer concerns, and facilitate training and various programs that maximize productivity and efficiency. Fostering and driving a people-first culture will be a top priority so this person's leadership and communication skills will be especially important in determining and achieving goals for the team that will help ensure the highest customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff members
  • Plan, develop and implement initiatives that help drive individual and team performance
  • Implement strategies that drive sales leveraging business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Nurture talent by providing ongoing coaching and mentoring (evaluating progress against goals, development opportunities, assessing training needs and resources) to achieve business goals
  • Lead team meetings
  • Ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment and in accordance with Dunkin' Brands standards and all applicable laws.
  • Work with managers to ensure all food safety standards are understood and followed
  • Ensure systems and processes are executed in accordance with Brand standards
  • Prepare action plans for remodels and new store openings
  • Control costs and maintain budgets
  • Ensure necessary tools and systems are in place for implementation of new products and process
Qualifications and Skills Sought:
  • At least 3-5 years of QSR/restaurant experience managing multiple locations
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively train others on all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Demonstrated team management, delegation skills and the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple and concurrent priorities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, mentor and develop talent
  • Results-driven leader with restaurant experience in cost, inventory, and shift management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, understand menus and Brand standards as well as converse comfortably with individuals.
  • Fluent in English
Minimum HS Diploma or GED Requirements:
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in this country
  • This job entails a 6-day work week with early morning start times.
Nights and holidays may be required depending upon business needs.
