Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee a small but dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Utilize at least 3 years of previous Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume setting.

Display grace, empathy, determination, and warmth in all interactions.

Maintain a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.

Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.

Exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.

Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

Comfortable with mentoring team members, staff training, scheduling, POS operations, and experience with reservation platforms.

Proficient in cost analysis, and vendor management.

Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work closely with the General Manager and Owner.
