Kitchen Manager 4 Ocean Front North, Salisbury, MA 01952 From $28 an hour - Full-time From $28 an hour - Full-time Work Where Others Vacation — Right by the Ocean! Atlantic Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic culinary team. In this hands-on leadership role, the kitchen manager will oversee kitchen operations, ensure seamless service during high-volume shifts, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role is vital in upholding our culinary standards, mentoring team members, and collaborating with leadership to maintain efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items following standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Oversee and assist with prep, cooking, and plating to guarantee quality and timeliness Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local health regulations Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff during service to promote teamwork and professionalism Partner with GM and FOH managers to ensure accurate and timely execution of menu items and specials Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and food costing Monitor and maintain proper use of kitchen equipment and tools Uphold company standards for quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a high-volume culinary environment Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory procedures, and kitchen operations Knowledge with kitchen software, Toast, extraChef , Microsoft Office, and general computer skills Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred but not required ServSafe and Allergens food safety certification a plus Why Join Our Team?
