Job Description

Kelly's Boston's Original Roast Beef is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the Saugus team behind the legendary sandwiches Massachusetts has loved for generations. If you've got the leadership chops to run a tight ship — staff, inventory, finances, the whole operation — we want to talk to you.
Essential Functions:
Assist the General Manager in daily operational supervision and execution Provide hands-on leadership by working alongside team members during peak hours Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service and food standards Support inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels Help drive unit performance by executing creative strategies to increase sales and manage costs Interview and recommend candidates for hiring, promotion, and termination Resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner Ensure operational excellence by executing daily opening and closing procedures Help achieve or exceed restaurant goals related to sales, service, and staff performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in management or supervisory role within a high-volume quick service or fast-food restaurant Proven track record of job stability and career longevity Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and empower team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges Comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in working with Point of Sale applications Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Committed to maintaining a customer-focused environment Current Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification, or the ability to attain one Current Allergen Certification or the ability to attain one Key Traits for
